In this class you will create a sterling silver ring from 4mm wide wire. You can texture your ring using a selection of hammers and stamps or even personalise with a name or quote using a range of letter stamps before forming and soldering the ring. You will learn the basics of silversmithing including how to work out your ring size, sawing, forming, soldering, texturing/stamping, refining and polishing. 
 
Please be sure to bring with you any reading glasses you need and ensure long hair is tied back. Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn (no loose clothing, sandals or open toe shoes). 
 
There are 8 spaces available and booking is essential. 
 
Ticket price includes all equipment, materials and refreshments. 
 
This workshop is hosted by Onze Atelier in Cheadle Village. Due to the the workshop being held upstairs unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
