In this class you will create a sterling silver bar necklace using 4mm wide wire. You can texture your piece using a selection of hammers and stamps or even personalise with a name or quote using a range of letter stamps before drilling holes and soldering onto your chain. You will learn the basics of silversmithing including sawing, drilling, soldering, texturing/stamping, refining and polishing. 
 
Please be sure to bring with you any reading glasses you need and ensure long hair is tied back. Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn (no loose clothing, sandals or open toe shoes). 
 
There are 8 spaces available and booking is essential. 
 
Ticket price includes all equipment, materials and refreshments. 
 
This workshop is hosted by Onze Atelier in Cheadle Village. Due to the the workshop being held upstairs unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
